You should implent guard paycheck, because as of now we're not recieving any money for our work. Hundred dollars on paycheck could do.

Look, the thing is, me and Adam always argue about that point - the paychecks. Adam countered this well though - it is true that guards basically have no use for money so we don't give them none.

I say we make guards spend money on equipments. So they have to pay in order to carry a weapon, an attachment, armor etc... Meals to heal their hp. This is will motivate guards to be more active and receive more paychecks to upgrade their gear, the higher your rank is the better the paycheck will be. Of course the prices will not be expensive, any cadet who's active will be able to afford basic equipement. (btw I didn't come up with this, it was suggested to me but I forgot who it was)

I don't agree with guards paying for their own equipment, like what the heck? It's not realistic and it's very idiotic in my opinion to pay for their OWN equipment? That's a no no.

Guards could recieve paychecks, then maybe a system implanted outside of the prison somewhere, like a small Country part, where guards can role play outside the prison, go to clubs/restraunts have houses, and vehicles, then also if an Inmate breaks out they would have access to that place too, It could add a small outside role play and something else for people to do?
