Tutorial bug

Date when you found the bug: 21 July 2018

Explain the Bug: I can't say anything IC nor OOC. I can't use any command. It is like the chat is useless for me. It tells me that I need to pass the tutorial in order to use a command, but I passed it. So, can someone like reset my name or something? It is my first time playing here and it sucks that my first experience is ruined.
