Bug quiz test

Date when you found the bug:14/11/2012

Explain the Bug:Even you did a mistake at the registration's quiz you get banned, and you told us that you'd get banned at three mistakes, not one. Fix it, a lot of guys get banned because of this. Thanks!

I have tested this and it's working fine.
Anyway, I have removed the robbing limit questions and increased the attempts to 4.
