When I finish the quiz and enter the age and reason it does nothing else, just freezes there and I cant type commands or anything.

Well..it's your problem,not server...I registered one account more for test,and it was okay..

It's not a bug, happens to me aswell.
The problem is with your connection, try Re-Installing SA-MP, Re-Boot your PC, Turn OFF then ON your Router/Modem/Internet.
