Date when you found the bug: 8/18/2016

Explain the Bug: This bug occurred during account registration at the state where the script asked me for my character's crimes. I timed out and installed reconnected to the server. As soon as i logged in I was spawned at the default spawn location and unable to use any form of command as the script still considered me to be in the tutorial.

I would love to have more info about what follows the bug. I mean messages etc, to be more certain about where this issue is happening.

I didn't visually notice where that may occur since I have arrest reason check there.
