Added something else too

Nah the Library and Community service etc is for anyone to access it, this would only be for the good prisoners the ones who have not caused any trouble or who have done their time peacefully, this allows other prisoners to role play as a good prisoner with advantages, this allows the prisoners to do something good for themself and also role play in a whole new different way.

Actually the community service are for good sports, people that have been isolated often and cause trouble alot aren't going to the community service.
