1. Change of rule 10.

- Alright, so, as it was wrote, you can have OOC agreement with someone to not rob or scam him, which is most definitely defined as MG. Why would you OOCly agree with someone to not rob/scam him? This is stupid, this part of the rule should be removed in my opinion. Other than that, the rule is just fair and equalized.

2. Improvement of faction requirements. (I call gangs factions, because it's a more professional way) << THE MOST IMPORTANT SUGGESTION.

- Alright so. Number one, I understand that the server have just been launched one month ago or so? But factions are the backbone of the server, like with all my respect, no matter how the guys roleplay, you can't just give them the official status after 3 pages, okay? This looks noobish, and defines that the server lacks good roleplayers and that faction is been treated like the elite so they been giving the official status.

SECOND OF, the supporting system, with all my respect again is rubbish. Why the hell would you get players into this? Why don't you have faction management team for it? That will be a better factor than just letting players and a couple of admins support the faction and you go like "Hey guys, I will make you official". That's not acceptable in my opinion, and by doing that you're underestimating the server. Like, this server is one of a kind, and with some improvements it can be one of the elite servers.

Ye in my opinion they should just make some people Leaders of gangs (people that signed up for it/they should have some qualifications) and let them do
their job. If they fail to,they will be replaced.
I think there has to be gangs constantly around because now there is only one active gang(as much as I know and have seen) and all people who rp as another race will pretty much get facerekt.

So what? Doesn't mean that it's bad that way. As long as the leaders manage to build a good strong rp gang.

Well here's the thing, our whole weapon and drugs system is based on official gangs, if there is none there is no drug or weapon, thats the reason admins tend to keep at least 3 gangs official.
On rule 10's situation it doesn't actually mean OOC agreements, but rather the OOC restriction that comes after a successful robbery/PK so you won't rob same person repeatedly, at least thats how I remember reason that was added before.

Yes I gave some factions official statues very quickly, I did that in the first week to establish factions inside the prison because it was important to the game economy system because without gangs there won't be any weapons or narcotics. You can notice I stopped doing that later and we no longer give gangs offical that easy any more.
