Title: Stopping /cctv shows a /me where the last viewed camera is located

Date when you found the bug: 22nd July, 2016

Explain the Bug: When a Department of Corrections officer or member of the Infirmary stop watching a CCTV camera, a /me command will be shown to all in the near vicinity of the last view camera.

Screenshots:
You can see in the screenshot that Max had finished viewing the CCTV in presumably Block A, which is where I saw the message.

Maybe changing to an /ame could work.
