Title: Reduce normal chat

I think that normal chat is way too far and kinda **** anyone who is far away of the person talking. I would like to make it reduced its range. Or, just force everyone to chat in /low whenever they are in an interior. It's kinda hard to distinguish who is speaking and whom to listen to.

What do you think people? Changing talk range for me is just changing one variable, so think about it.

Sure why not, actually so it can be easier also... so whatever you see on your screen from the chat scriptly is whatever you heard IC'ly.

I have lowered standard chat and me's distance by a half of its value (it's roughly 2.5 times more than the /l now)
I also reduced distance for /s too.
