He abused his helper commands and DOC weapons just because I kicked him out. I've told everyone in DOC trolling/OOC fuckery is forbidden so do for asking for ranks/when the Academy starts etc. He kept on annoying me and asking me *HEY IM HERE FOR 3 WEEKS* the promotions and demotions are completely IC related and you can ask Max about it ((Promotions demotions are completely IC related, the actions you carry out in-game will have immediate effect on your character's development which is why I refuse to use a system based on activity rather than IC actions)). I kicked him out for killing me as for *lelz* but I don't want OOC fuckery to happen and he was WARNED also the LOGS CAN BE CHECKED. Here's some pics    I managed to refund everyone's cash using my own money.
