I've held a test and have been waiting eight minutes and beyond.
Ask a bunch of questions which are then being answered at the same time, right now it's taking long and will lose the interest of new players.
I suggest creating a test with multiple closed multiple choice questions.
Right now, it's sadly scaring people of.

Maybe a simple quiz with "Yes" or "No" being their only choices OR, a simple application system that administrators/ helpers can check - Even when the player is offline?

Yes, somehow having the answers randomized would really deter hackers.

The best way to make it work is. Player fills up the whole quiz questions and after he finishes the quiz their application gets sent to helper team. He can either wait on line for his application to get a response or log out and come later when his application has a response. The helper team uses /checkapps and can view all the applications that are on the wait list and can accept&deny.

This method is the best that we can use, it's way better than the current one we have. I'm a helper and the way the quiz system works it's really annoying and not useful.
