Stop the talking animation earlier.

Hello.

I would like to suggest to automatically cease the talking animation from happening after a few seconds.
Right now it frequently never stops it's animation, causing you to LMB or say something again hoping it will cease.

Just add /disableanim that disable the /shout and talking animations. Simple as that, it gets saved with our account information and reloads with it.

Yeah it's really frustrating having to stop the talking animation manually whenever we speak.
