So here's a ton of suggestions that you may like:

1. Show the pickup at the place of checkpoint:
Since we don't see checkpoints in the interiors, its pain in the ass to not know where we've to go. It' simple.

2. Organize /help - it's very messy:
Make them in categories - You press Jobs > see job list > press it to see more information. Preferably in a dialog or a textdraw.

3. Labels colors and radius:
Fix the 3D text label colors and radius, some of them have transparency (no outline) and they are hard to read.

4. Text chat colors:
Many of the text messages colors are awful and not readable. Thus, forces the player to put strain on their eyes to read it. This is a HUGE problem for players with weak eye sights.

5. Master account:
A master account system where you register with your forum username. You can have two characters per account, and three if you donate.

6. Map suggestion:
Can we've a new map for the canteen? A kitchen, a restroom, a room for the kitchen items and the dining area.

7. Trash cans around the prison?
You can stash items in the trash can if you wish to get rid of it OR, if you wish to protect it from being found. The trash cans will be cleaned every mid-night, so if you want to get some stash from it - You can check it out before the end of the day. This will also add a new job and duty for the COs to make sure that the trash cans are cleaned properly.
