You exploited a mapping bug, started driving a monster truck instead of asking for a TP back to prison.
That to me is a reason enough to ban you, if you are planning to RP here, those clown moves won't be tolerated.
Will be given a second chance, but understand you are here to roleplay, not to try and jump the fences to ride a monster truck.

I can say that he was outside, but didn't look like a hacker. Probably exploited the fence and jumped over
