Who are we? Who are we you ask? We are your only hope between these four walls, your only saviors when it comes to war, your one and only destiny. A reformation of con-artist, ex-dealers, and fighters, here, in an attempt to change their own lives after the horrible reasons they were incarcerated for. We offer you a variety of helpful jobs for your convenience.
Guard: Our guards are top of the line, you can hire one, or more than one, they are here to protect you, and help you get from point A, to B, safely, and securely.
Dealing: Can't afford a guard every single day? Well ask about our 'Dealing' men, they could offer you top notch defense products, and maybe even a little bit of that sweet stuff.
Watchmen: Hire out Watchmen to keep an eye on a special area or section you want secure for you, and your people only, they can contact you on what ever thing they find suspicious, to you.
Hit-men: Got someone picking on you, pushing you around, or that you just don't want to see anymore? Hire one, or more of 'hit-men' to take care of the 'dirty' work especially for you, Whilst keeping you out of harms/suspicious way of any guards or hostile people.

Rank I - Recruiter: A recruiter is a new-ish member, just barely getting into the game, learning the gangs basics, and taking care of simple tasks ordered, and simple jobs hired for.
Rank II - Steamer: The steamer is one rank above the recruiter, these men are the ones who work larger tasks such as guarding jobs, and training the Recruiters to these tasks.
Rank III - Watchman: The Watchman are the men who watch over the lower ranks, ordering them on their jobs, or tasks needed completed, they also have the authority to notify higher ranks about a good member.
Rank IV - Dragsters: The Dragsters are nearly the highest rank, they order any one lower, starting tasks and jobs for them to do, this person also is up for deals, selling weaponry and/or types of drugs, they also bring in the lower ranks to help with tasks such as: Guarding, Protecting deals, and on some Hit-men missions.
Rank V - Eagles: The Eagles are the highest rank, the leader(s) of the association, they lead, and demand lower ranks to some tasks, and brings in charisma to the members, and spirit, whilst delivering speeches to endure, and strengthen the job industry.

Only Leader/Highest Ranks may use these skins, and nothing under them.Rulers:
1. OOC Fuckery is -NOT - allowed, if caught, It's a warning, then an auto-kick.
2. Always follow the Server, and Gang Rules.
3. DM'ing is not allowed, without a -VALID- reason to kill that person.
4. Arguing between members is also not allowed, they will be warned, and then kicked.
5. You must be a good Role-player, know more than the basics, and have strong English.

How are member recruited?
Members will be recruited once a leader notices them, and if that person RP's their way into the gang. So, each member will be chosen in future references, the better you RP, and more you play, the higher chance of joining.
Requirements: Only requirement needed is at-least level two, meaning you are familiar with the server, and how everything runs, with +4 playing hours so far.
Who do we need to know to RP our way in?
Walter_Black - The leader, RP with myself, will get you the highest chance to join.
