Hello guys, so even though I am a new player, I have noticed that one of the main reasons this server is having a hard time becouse of lack of good and active administrators.

I'd like to ask how do I apply to become an administrator and I would like to know why admins jail good roleplayers for 40 mins for reasons such as "admin insults". I don't think admins should place their own ego above well being of this community.

We don't need more admins, we need active ones with proper accesses, I kicked the same hacker 12 times today simply because I don't have access to /ban, like why the hell am I admin if I can't do that...
You would like to know why someone is 40 minutes admin jailed? because he simply DMs anyone who provokes him, calls another admin 'tard', and wastes dipload of someone's time arguing about how he can abuse the bug in our mapping cuz "people can climb a tree IRL" then calling him a tard that doesn't know what RP is when the admin tells him he can't do that, would love to see him do a monkey climb on a 5 meter tall, potentially +200 y/o tree.

Well being of a community isn't well being of a kid that gets reported 3-4 times in an hour, argues about something he knows he is wrong about, insults admins without understanding a single thing about admin commands.

You got a point there.
But still, even low rank active admins would help to kick the players. Becouse today there were many times where there was a playerbase of around 10 roleplayers but no admin to kick the 4 ruining all the roleplay.

Btw, is owner of this community still active or is it just few old members trying to bring it back to life?

Well, owner himself is active, but I have no idea about others in management team, and yeah, we do lack in having helpers, they have access to /kick command too.

You'd get the same punishment if you insulted a player. The person who was jailed was being insulting and abusing a mapping fault, when asked to stop he simply refused. Nothing about ego, if you can't act accordingly then go play elsewhere.

The community is small and unique, one of the only prison servers out there and the admin team is small. I work full time and am a university student so I get on when I can, we constantly have our eyes on people who are worthy of a position in the team.

I have issues with PC, it freezes every five minutes, but I am going to get some fresh parts for PC in two days presumably, so I may become more active in game.

EDIT: In fact yes admins are needed, but you should put into consideration the timezones, because for me at night most of the admins and helpers are online meanwhile in the morning for me none is offline and that creates a problem.

In the asian timezone, the admin mostly active is Norman and I.
