Reinstatement Requirements:

- You MUST still have a clean criminal record.

- Have no relationships with any prisoners.

- You must not suffer any kind of mental or physical illness that could affect your duties.

- (( High rank reinstatements (Sergeant+) will have to start first as CO until they're proven to be active to maintain again their high rank )).

- (( Lying within your application, as soon as we find out will be immediately denied and removed from the Department of Corrections. You will wait 2 months before you can re-apply. ))

- ((Do not fight each other by insulting or doing anything that can harm the member. Don't start any drama within the D.O.C))
